Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Service Supervisor for Slickline operations. The role focuses on developing crews, ensuring service delivery excellence, and maintaining customer satisfaction through disciplined process adherence.

The successful candidate will mentor service personnel, participate in job design based on downhole conditions, and interact with client representatives to troubleshoot execution issues on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3 years of experience as a Service Supervisor.
• Experience mentoring and supervising Slickline service personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of Slickline service personnel and shop personnel to meet customer requirements.
• Mentor and assess competence of Slickline Service Supervisors, Service Operators and Operator Assistants.
• Coordinate with customer representatives on-site to resolve issues and gather feedback.
• Ensure all activities comply with HMS processes and regulatory requirements, invoking Management of Change when needed.
