Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a Senior Cementing Engineer to assess QA/QC for cementing operations and provide on-site technical support. The role includes budgeting, tender evaluation, and ensuring adherence to company and international standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemistry with at least 6 years of relevant experience, and a strong focus on HSE, quality control, and continuous improvement. Based in the UAE, involving site visits and field coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering discipline or chemistry or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cementing/oilfield operations.
• Experience in QA/QC, budgeting and HSE.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and resolve operational and technical cementing issues.
• Provide on-site technical support for cementing jobs and ensure QA/QC guidelines are followed.
• Forecast cementing material requirements and manage budgets.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with HSE and ADNOC standards.
• Assist in tenders and evaluate bids for cementing/downhole services.
• Record actions and lessons learned to improve processes.
• Work in line with HSE policies and regulations.
• Contribute to MIS and progress reporting.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders as required.
