Job description

  • Prepare a wide range of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods in accordance with recipes and standards
  • Lead and supervise junior pastry staff, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu development and creation of new dessert items
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pastry section at all times
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during service hours
  • Uphold safety and sanitation regulations, following all food handling guidelines
  • Train and mentor junior team members to foster skill development and teamwork
