Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented CCTV Operator to monitor and maintain the safety and security of a residential property in Dubai. This position is for the sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV camera feeds and access control systems to detect irregular or suspicious activities across the property.

Ensure all camera systems are fully functional and positioned to cover key areas.

Immediately report security breaches, emergencies, or unusual behavior to the Security Supervisor and relevant departments.

Report faults or technical issues to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.

Maintain backup systems and storage integrity for recorded data.

Maintain accurate logs of daily activity, incidents, and equipment status.

Compile incident reports with time-stamped visual evidence when required.

Monitor access control systems for entry/exit logs of residents, visitors, and service providers.

Monitor parking and common areas to prevent unauthorized usage or disturbances.

Candidate Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in surveillance operations or security systems is preferred.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security monitoring role, preferably within residential or hospitality environments.

Proficient in operating CCTV systems, video surveillance software, and access control devices.

Familiarity with Dubai security regulations and property safety protocols.

Strong attention to detail and high levels of concentration.

Excellent communication skills and calm demeanor under pressure.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
