Job summary

First Security Group is seeking a CCTV Control Room Operator to sit in our main office and monitor live video feeds, helping to protect large buildings, banks, and malls. This role requires vigilance, concentration, and the ability to work rotating shifts.

You will save video clips for Dubai Police, write a simple daily report for the manager, and communicate with on‑site security staff as needed. A SIRA CCTV license and 1–2 years of experience are mandatory.

Qualifications

• This role requires a valid SIRA CCTV license.
• Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience watching security cameras in large facilities.
• Visa status: ready to join with a cancelled visa or visit visa.

Responsibilities

• Look at multiple screens to spot fights, bad activities, or smoke.
• Use the radio to guide security guards to incidents.
• Save video clips for Dubai Police review when needed.
• Write a simple daily report detailing shift events.
