Job Description: • Oversee staff performance including chefs, stewards, and housekeeping personnel • Plan and adjust menus according to crew needs and logistics • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for food and consumable deliveries • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational standards. Ensuring compliance with the clients and QHSE policies, Food Safety, Procedures and Quality management & HACCP systems.

Qualifications: • Open to Male South African Nationals aged 40 years old and below • At least 5 years of experience in remote site or offshore catering management. • Certification in food safety and hygiene is a must.
