A leading conglomerate in the UAE is seeking a Catering Operations Manager to oversee offshore and onshore catering operations. The successful candidate will manage staff performance, coordinate with logistics, and ensure compliance with food safety and quality management standards. Job Description: • Oversee staff performance including chefs, stewards, and housekeeping personnel • Plan and adjust menus according to crew needs and logistics • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for food and consumable deliveries • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational standards. Ensuring compliance with the clients and QHSE policies, Food Safety, Procedures and Quality management & HACCP systems.

Qualifications: • Open to Male South African Nationals aged 40 years old and below • At least 5 years of experience in remote site or offshore catering management. • Certification in food safety and hygiene is a must.
