Job Description

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Category Management within the UAE market, specifically in Food Service, F&B, or FMCG Distribution
• Strong understanding of food distribution, wholesale, and retail dynamics
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for assigned categories to drive growth and profitability
• Manage the product lifecycle: sourcing, pricing, promotions, and delisting
• Monitor key KPIs: sales, margin, stock turn, availability, and customer basket value
• Plan and execute promotions in coordination with marketing and sales
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable trading terms
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and commercial teams for smooth operations
• Ensure all category products comply with UAE food safety and regulatory standards
• Must have strong analytical skills and a proactive, data-driven approach
