Responsibilities

• Own the UAE category across women’s salon, women’s spa, men’s grooming and men’s spa.
• Drive repeat booking rate through assortment, availability and quality decisions.
• Balance supply and demand with Operations by service location, day and time.
• Price and promote services with discipline, and measure impact on profitability.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Product, Finance and commercial partners on launches and cross-sell.
