Job description

We are looking for a Category Manager who will manage the recruiting and development of strategic Selling Partners on Amazon. You will lead business and operational initiatives to drive sustainable growth in your product category.

Working in a dynamic business development environment, your role will contribute to new business acquisition, recruiting new Selling Partners who can bring their competitive range of products, pricing, and availability to Amazon customers. You will also work with existing Selling Partners, helping them grow their business. Additionally, you will be responsible for incorporating feedback from the Selling Partners into new opportunities to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools by working with cross-functional teams.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Develop relationships with strategic Selling Partners to enhance their success on Amazon
  2. Create and implement growth strategies based on market analysis and customer insights

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, B2B account management, and project management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
