General Task Management

  • Oversee daily procurement activities and ensure timely purchasing aligned with company policies and procedures
  • Review and approve purchase orders (POs), approval request forms (ARFs), and transport indents via the portal
  • Evaluate and obtain quotations from potential suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize value and operational efficiency

New Project Support

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and develop material and service delivery plans accordingly
  • Provide regular updates to operational leads on project progress and support timely resolution of any challenges
  • Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with allocated budgets
  • Coordinate with stores and site teams to review supplier and subcontractor performance
  • Evaluate suppliers across key parameters such as cost, quality, reliability, and service consistency

Reporting, Analysis & Compliance

  • Generate reports related to PO spend, open POs, pending requests, and cost savings for management review
  • Support audit and compliance activities by maintaining accurate procurement documentation and contributing to process evaluations for continuous improvement
