What You'll Be Doing

  1. Partner with the sales and marketing team to establish targets and standardize tracking of Sales Fundamentals: more stores, better stores, bigger impact.
  2. Develop and present regular market intelligence reports, generating insights to identify category growth, brand, and distribution opportunities and risks.
  3. Monitor and evaluate in-store plans throughout the year, adjusting activities as needed to reflect changes in the customer/brand environment and improve ROI.
  4. Create the necessary category input for the long-range plan, growth levers, and effective promotional plans. Contribute to the overall category and point-of-purchase vision.
  5. Deploy efficient toolkits focusing on detailing materials, including pricing and visibility programs based on regional guidelines.
  6. Lead strategic revenue management initiatives across the region.
  7. Identify and roll out best-in-class executions, including in-store promotions and detailing materials across relevant clusters.

Who You Are

  • You bring 7 years of experience in FMCG with expertise in trade/shopper marketing.
  • You have a strong understanding of Go-to-Market strategies and different trade channels.
  • You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
