Whether setting tables communicating with the kitchen interacting and serving guests or cleaning work areas and supplies the Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Responsibilities

• Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact with and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Help ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Move around on your feet for extended periods, manage the menu (read and visually verify information), and take a hands-on approach to work.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Requirements and Expectations

• Be on your feet and moving around; stand, sit, or walk for extended times; navigate varying surfaces (including sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces).
• Commit to following safety and operational policies, maintaining quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication.
• Read and visually verify menu information; perform duties with a hands-on approach to work.
