Job summary

Ejadah is seeking a detail-oriented cashier with 2-4 years of cashiering experience to manage collections, reconcile ledgers, and maintain customer databases in Dubai. You will prepare daily, monthly, and bank reconciliation reports and assist clients with service charge inquiries.

The role requires a Commerce and Accountancy graduate with strong MS Office and accounting knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure with effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Commerce and Accountancy.
• 2-4 years experience as a cashier.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Accounting, MIS Reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively.
• Strong report writing and being autonomous/self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Collecting and updating payment into file and computer system.
• Maintain daily collection report.
• Prepare Monthly collection report and send to Finance Head office.
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Ledger reconciliation with EJADAH Finance for Receivable & Payable accounts.
• Customer account reconciliation.
• Updating Customer Database.
• Issuing Service Charge statements to walk-in customers and via email.
• Assist clients regarding service charge queries.
• Depositing collections into bank.
