Job description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable cashier to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a cashier in a similar setting. They should be knowledgeable and proficient in using cash registers, POS systems, and other related technologies. They should have great customer service skills, including the ability to answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints.


The primary role of the cashier is to handle all financial transactions with customers accurately and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Collecting payment from customers
  2. Issuing receipts, refunds, or change due to customers
  3. Counting money in the cash register at the end of each shift
  4. Ensuring accuracy of all transactions

To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should possess:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent
  2. 3 years of experience as a cashier in a similar setting
  3. Strong customer service skills
  4. Accuracy with handling money
  5. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  6. Basic computer knowledge
