Job description

Job Summary:

AGMC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier's to join our team in the Northern Emirates, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through smooth billing and payment processes. This role plays a key part in the company’s front-line customer service and supports both the Finance and Operations teams.

Job Locations - Sharjah , Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash, card, and digital transactions from customers for rental agreements, deposits, and additional charges.
  • Issue receipts and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile daily cash collections and ensure deposits are made as per company policy.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist customers with billing-related queries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure float balances and petty cash are maintained in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department for reporting and audits.
  • Support the branch team with administrative tasks, as required.
  • Follow up on pending payments or outstanding balances from customers.
  • Adhere to all internal controls, accounting procedures, and company guidelines.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree/diploma in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of cashiering experience, preferably in the automotive or Foreign Exchange industry.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent numerical and cash handling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP or rental systems is an advantage.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Trustworthy and professional demeanor
