Responsibilities

• Collecting & updating payment into file and computer system.
• Maintain daily collection report.
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
• Ledger reconciliation with EJADAH Finance for Receivable & Payable account.
• Customer account reconciliation.
• Prepare Monthly collection report and send it to Finance Head office.
• Updating Customer Database.
• Confirm Issuance Clearance of Certificate for selling the apartment.
• Issuing Service Charge statement account to the walk‑in customers and via email.
• Assist to the client (Walk‑in & Email) regarding service charge queries.
• Depositing collection into bank through driver.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Commerce and Accountancy.
• 2-4 years experience as a cashier.
• Knowledge of: MS Office, Accounting, MIS Report.
