- Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the hotels luxury standards.
- Accurately process transactions including room charges dining bills spa services and other hotel amenities using the hotels point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash credit and debit card payments ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing and reconciling transactions.
- Provide detailed information about hotel services facilities and local attractions to assist guests and enhance their stay.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies promptly and courteously escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean organized and presentable cashiering area adhering to the hotels cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
