Exciting Opportunity for Showroom Cashier – Automotive Industry
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Showroom Cashier to join our financial operations team at Ali & Sons Group. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payments, managing financial records, and ensuring smooth cash operations within our showroom. If you have experience in cash handling, financial reconciliation, and customer service, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process payments (cash, cards, smart pay) and prepare tax invoices and receipt vouchers.
2. Manage daily cash reconciliation, ensuring accuracy for cash, credit card, and smart payments.
3. Handle petty cash reimbursements and record showroom/workshop expenses in SAP.
4. Support financial reporting and audits by maintaining accurate documentation.
5. Ensure adherence to cash transaction policies and internal controls to minimize risks.
