To strengthen their retail operations, they are seeking a trustworthy and meticulous Cashier who can manage front-desk transactions while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all customer transactions (cash, card, digital) accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle billing, returns and refunds as per company policy.
  • Reconcile cash drawer and maintain transaction records.
  • Support daily sales reporting and coordinate with the accounts team.
  • Ensure the billing counter is organized and stocked.
  • Liaise with the sales team for pricing and stock queries.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a cashiering or billing role within a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash handling.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy retail setting.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
