Job Description:

• Manage daily cash, credit card, and other payment transactions, ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and timely deposits.
• Maintain and update the General Ledger, assist with month/year-end closing, and support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare financial reports, verify invoices and receipts, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team to track expenses and revenues, provide documentation for audits, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, orin any related field
• At least 2years relevant experience from Real Estate/Retail/Hospitality/Transportationindustry
• Must have basic understanding of General Ledger functions and accounting principles
