Job summary

BLACK DIAMOND DECORATION AND PAINTING WORKS is seeking an experienced carpenter to support interior fit-out and decoration projects in the UAE. You will fabricate and install MDF furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, counters, shelves, wall panels, and decorative wooden features to project drawings and measurements.

Responsibilities include reading shop and technical drawings, performing accurate cuts, assembling and finishing with high quality, and coordinating with site teams to meet project

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of practical carpentry experience.
• Strong MDF and custom furniture fabrication background.
• Ability to read shop drawings and technical drawings and take accurate site measurements.

Responsibilities

• Execute carpentry works for interior fit-out and decoration projects.
• Fabricate and install MDF furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, and wall panels according to drawings.
• Read and interpret shop and technical drawings, and take precise site measurements.
• Carry out on-site modifications and adjustments as required.
• Install hinges, drawer runners, handles, and other hardware with safe operation of tools.

Responsibilities

Execute carpentry works for interior fit-out and decoration projects Fabricate and install MDF furniture cabinets wardrobes counters shelves wall panels and decorative wooden features Manufacture and install custom-made furniture according to approved drawings and site measurements Perform accurate cutting assembly finishing and installation of MDF plywood and other wood materials Read and understand shop drawings technical drawings and measurements Carry out on-site modifications and adjustments when required Install hinges drawer runners handles and other furniture accessories and hardware Operate carpentry tools and machinery safely and correctly Coordinate with supervisors and other site teams to complete work according to project requirements Maintain high standards of workmanship accuracy and finishing quality

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of practical carpentry experience. Strong experience in MDF and custom furniture fabrication. Previous experience in interior fit-out and decoration projects is highly preferred. Ability to read drawings and take accurate site measurements. Good knowledge of carpentry tools, machinery, materials and furniture hardware. Ability to work independently and solve installation problems on site. Attention to detail and high-quality finishing. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
