Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and schedule projects, estimate time and products, manage staff, and preserve documents.
2. Perform carpentry jobs.
3. Maintain records of carpenters' time and materials used for every job.
4. Manage carpentry jobs requiring a high degree of skill.
5. Provide support on intricate jobs.
6. Supply quotes for employees and materials needed for a job.
7. Assign woodworkers to jobs.
8. Requisition materials from storage or purchase products from providers.
9. Check scaffolding and unsafe work to ensure proper precautions are being observed.
10. Maintain records and assemble reports of work carried out by the carpentry team.
11. Perform related jobs as needed.

Capacity to Commute/Relocate: Sharjah: Dependably commute or planning to move prior to beginning work (Required).

Education: Secondary school or equivalent (Required).

Experience: Joinery Factory: 4 years (Required).
