Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead and supervise the carpentry team involved in the mattress manufacturing process. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, quality-focused, and experienced in managing carpentry work related to bed frames, mattress bases, and related wooden components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the carpentry team in daily production activities.
• Interpret technical drawings and assign tasks accordingly to team members.
• Ensure timely production of wooden frames, mattress bases, headboards, and other related structures.
• Oversee cutting, shaping, assembling, and finishing of wooden components.
• Maintain quality control by inspecting products at various production stages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Manage inventory of carpentry tools, equipment, and raw materials.
• Coordinate with the production planning team to meet delivery timelines.
• Train and guide junior carpenters and helpers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them on-site.
• Maintain production records and daily work reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter Foreman in a manufacturing setup (preferably mattresses or furniture).
• Strong knowledge of wood types, tools, machines, and carpentry processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
• Team leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
