We are seeking to hire a proficient woodworker with knowledge of numerous carpentry techniques. You will be accountable for layout, setup, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings. Other responsibilities will consist of developing, cutting, and measuring materials according to a client's needs.

A successful applicant needs to be hardworking, trustworthy, and have good communication and organizational skills. You must have completed an apprenticeship in woodworking or have comparable experience in the field.

1. Capacity to read and analyze blueprints.
2. Assisting supervisors with architectural design, planning, layout, and installation.
3. Conduct repair and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other components as required.
4. Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
5. Ability to operate tools and other equipment.
6. Compliance with local building codes and health and safety regulations.
7. Provide excellent customer service.
8. Capability to stand for extended periods, climb, pull, and lift heavy objects.

Minimum Requirements:

1. High school diploma.
2. Completion of an recognized apprenticeship or a minimum of 4 years experience as a journey-level carpenter.
3. Additional certification may be required.
4. Good communication skills, especially in English and Arabic.
5. Fit with good hand-eye coordination.
6. Knowledge of mathematics.

Job Type: Permanent, Long-term, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Ability to commute/relocate: Sharjah: Dependably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).
