Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the carpentry crew.
• Interpret and implement blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Oversee construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures.
• Ensure work is completed according to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage site materials, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor crew performance and provide training or guidance when needed.
• Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Complete daily job logs, time tracking, and material reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
