Job description

To provide supervisory oversight in specific areas of Abu Dhabi Airport operations, ensuring a superior guest experience and maintaining the highest safety standards. This team member will support and execute daily operations, working independently or leading a small team to meet all performance and safety KPIs.

Accountabilities

1. Plan, update, and supervise activities to ensure the safe and professional delivery of services for customers, in line with defined SLAs and quality standards.
2. Drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture by exemplifying empowerment, communication, quality, productivity, and goal attainment.
3. Ensure adherence to all SOPs by yourself and your team, maintaining a safe and secure operation.
4. Promote consistency and collaboration through clear communication at all levels, including team briefings and report completion.
5. Accurately complete all documentation related to tasks performed.
6. Proactively work towards connecting all guests and bags, ensuring their safe operation in compliance with procedures and instructions.
7. Report safety, security, and service occurrences, errors, hazards, and near misses using established reporting procedures.

Education & Experience

• Secondary / High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid UAE Driving License (for airside roles).
