Cinergie Digital is hiring a Manager – IT Projects to lead large, turnkey technology programs from scoping to deployment at client sites in Dubai. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate third-party vendors, and drive on-time, high-quality implementations.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in project management, strong communication and stakeholder management, and a solid SDLC/Agile or Waterfall background. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of project management experience in large enterprise programs.
• Experience with client-side implementation of large turnkey projects.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from scoping and evaluation through to deployment.
• Manage multiple engagements in parallel, aligning requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate third-party solution providers and technology vendors to ensure smooth integration.
• Drive risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication across complex environments.
• Monitor KPIs, project budgets, and delivery performance, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead client-side scoping and evaluation of turnkey projects delivered through development partners.
