Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for support implementation of succession planning, career development, and talent analytics initiatives in coordination with HR and business teams to help grow internal talent and support organizational goals.
Key Accountabilities:
Succession Planning
Assist in identifying high-potential employees for development programs.
Help maintain and update talent pipelines for key roles.
Career Framework
Support the communication of career paths and internal movement options.
Provide employees with basic guidance on career development opportunities.
Support the coordination of employee assignments or internal mobility programs.
Track and document assignment changes and progress.
Talent Data & Analytics
Collect and maintain data related to talent programs and development plans.
Generate basic reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Provide preliminary insights from available data for HR partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with other HR functions to support aligned talent initiatives.
Participate in cross-departmental meetings and provide relevant inputs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Valid Professional Certifications.
