Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Public Health, Human Services, or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for the Enhanced Member Supports Unit and Behavioral Health network.
• Assess clinical issues to provide accurate information to patients, members, and providers.
• Manage and triage crisis situations with patients and members.
• Provide assistance with concerns related to social determinants of health.
• Resolve patient, member, and provider inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex eligibility issues.
• Advocate for patients incapacitated by age, illness, or handicap.
