Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Ensuring all patients’ requests and concerns are recorded and tracked by using department/section’s database system in an efficient manner
- Maintaining proper filling system for all confidential data
- Assist and participate with patients’ visits, finance, appointments and coordination of medical care
- Providing patients’ with copies of medical reports/films as requested
- Coordinate prescription requests and assisting patients in settling their payment
- Coordinating with relevant outpatient department/section to make follow up appointments
- Under the supervision of Health center Manager, coordinating with doctors, nurses and registration department/section to ensure the delivery of service as well as proper documentation of the visits
- Explaining facility policies and procedures for patients, families and visitors
- Encouraging patient, families and visitors to provide their feedback through the facility surveys
- Collecting data and information about patient care concerns, needs and problems by bringing it to the officers for recommendations and actions
- Meeting and greeting patients visiting the facility
- Making rounds in person as needed and ensuring that patients are comfortable in their stay and that their needs are being met in coordination with the Patient officer
- Liaising closely with the facility staff to build and maintain good relationships
- Facilitating communication between patients, facility physicians and other clinical staff as needed
- Following through, in a timely manner, on all action steps requested by the Health Center Manager
- Assuming the role of a brand ambassador for the facility and promoting a customer focused philosophy in dealing with any stakeholders
- Maintaining positive and effective working relationships within the department/section and with other departments/sections within the facility
- Performing any other duties as may be assigned relevant to the basic responsibilities of the role
