The ideal candidate will have MBBS and MD/DNB in Anesthesiology with 3+ years of post-specialization experience; a Cardiac Anesthesia fellowship is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB in Anesthesiology or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Fellowship or specialized training in Cardiac Anesthesia preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for cardiac and cardiovascular surgeries.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and evaluate cardiovascular status.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during complex cardiac procedures.
• Manage intraoperative hemodynamic stability and monitoring.
• Support cardiopulmonary bypass procedures with the cardiac team.
• Provide post-operative anesthesia care in cardiac ICU.
• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and intensivists.

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide specialized anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac surgery and other complex cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient safety throughout the perioperative period.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac and cardiovascular surgeries.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and evaluate patients’ cardiovascular and overall medical status.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during complex cardiac procedures.
• Manage hemodynamic monitoring and intraoperative cardiovascular stability.
• Support cardiopulmonary bypass procedures in coordination with the cardiac surgical team.
• Provide post-operative anesthesia care and support patients in the cardiac intensive care unit.
• Manage perioperative emergencies and anesthesia-related complications.
• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, intensivists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow established patient safety protocols.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
• Experience in cardiac surgery anesthesia, advanced hemodynamic monitoring, and perioperative critical care.
