Job Description

Your role involves manufacturing carbon composite parts for Automotive & Aerospace industries.

Work Duties:
  1. Fabricate molds for products.
  2. Prepare molds before production.
  3. Cut fabrics according to templates, organized for each specific job.
  4. Prepare resin according to standards and specifications.
  5. Set up vacuum or infusion processes, including dry fabric spray and tack-on according to patterns/drawings.
  6. Apply paint with 2K enamels or gel-coats prior to laminating, ensuring minimal weight with thin spray.
  7. Lay up wet laminate fabrics, sandwiches, prepregs, or perform resin infusion, including operating infusion injector machines.
  8. Transfer parts to ovens, verify temperatures, and follow curing schedules.
Quality Duties:
  1. Follow production timing for each part and log progress.
  2. Record fabrication times and part weights appropriately.
  3. Verify that parts meet tolerances and mechanical assembly clearances.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience in composites manufacturing, including prepreg and wet lamination processes with carbon fiber and fiberglass.
