Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at ALBA CARS.
Located in the heart of Dubai, ALBA CARS is a leading used car dealership known for its extensive inventory of high-quality vehicles and exceptional customer service. As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, playing a crucial role in driving revenue, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Location Requirement:
This role is based in Dubai, UAE and candidates must be willing to relocate if they are not currently residing in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  2. Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits in a professional and compelling manner.
  3. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the dealership's inventory and promotions.
  4. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
  5. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  6. Collaborate with team members to develop and execute sales strategies that maximize showroom performance.

Pay:
per month (basic salary plus commission based on performance)

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  2. High level of enthusiasm, confidence, and motivation to meet and exceed targets.
  3. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  4. A passion for cars and a solid understanding of the automotive market is preferred.
  5. Multilingual abilities and prior experience with CRM systems are a plus.

Work Experience:

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales.
  2. Experience in the UAE car market is an added advantage.
