Job Description

• To ensure smooth dining service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• To oversee waiters and runners during shifts, manages table assignments and addresses guest concerns promptly.
• To Supervise and coordinate the dining area and service team during the shift.
• To Ensure all guests are warmly welcomed and provided with prompt, courteous service.
• To Assign tables and manage reservations efficiently.
• To Assist guests with menu selections, take orders, and ensure accurate communication with the kitchen.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally and escalate when needed.
• Train, guide, and motivate new waiters and runners to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure staff are informed of daily specials, promotions, or changes.
• Ensure tables, utensils, and dining areas are always clean and presentable.
• Coordinate with the cashier and kitchen for smooth order flow and guest satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile
