Job summary

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is seeking a guest-focused bar attendant to prepare drinks, serve wine, and maintain a welcoming bar area for guests in a 5-star setting.

You will ensure accurate drink preparation, uphold cleanliness standards, and support the overall guest experience through teamwork and professional service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare drink orders for guests according to recipes using measuring systems.
• Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar, bar unit, tables and tools.
• Prepare garnishes and stock ice, glassware, and supplies.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift cashier reports.
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets and storage areas.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.

• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks and stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift cashier reports
• Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
