Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a dedicated team leader to manage Food and Beverage functions. You will provide excellent guest service, lead a team of servers, and ensure all dining and banquet facilities are ready for service. Ideal candidates will have strong English communication skills and be able to maintain a clean and organized workplace. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.

Qualifications

• Walking and standing are required during the working day.
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability, and visual acuity.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in both F&B functions and meetings.
• Sets up and tears down F&B functions.
• Helps maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Assists the Outlet Manager with functions.
• Leads a team of Servers.
• Coordinates assistance to servers.
• Maximizes productivity of service staff.
• Maintains readiness of banquet facilities.
• Assigns tasks and performs opening and closing duties.
• Participates in the environmental program.
• Maintains a safe work environment.
• Upholds high standards of customer service.

• Provides excellent guest service in both F&B functions and meeting events

• Sets up and tears down F&B functions as well as meeting events as required

• Helps maintain a clean and organized workplace

• Assists the Outlet Manager with preparing for and executing functions

• Leads a team of Servers for assigned functions

• Coordinates organizes and helps to give proper assistance to servers

• Maximizes productivity and efficiency of service staff

• Ensures that all aspects of the dining room/banquet facilities are ready

• Assigns tasks and performs opening and closing duties

• Actively participates in the environmental program and department specific initiatives in working towards sustainable operations

• To be Health & Safety conscious and actively involved in maintaining a safe work environment

• Performs any and all other tasks which are assigned by management

• Upholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all time

• Assist with other F&B functions and tasks as required.

• Assists with other responsibilities and duties in the absence of a team members or other tasks assigned by the manager.

• Follows all policies and procedures ascertained by the hotel.
