Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in an advisory environment.
• Strong academic background at A level / degree level.
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS, PMP, or similar preferred.

• Key team member managing CP&I projects and junior staff.
• Produces high-quality deliverables within planned timescales.
• Builds and maintains distinctive client relationships.
