Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Capacity Planning PM to own short and long term capacity planning for a network of darkstores in the UAE. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering scalable capacity solutions.

You will drive reporting, analyze capacity metrics, and support both operational execution and strategic projects with Supply Chain stakeholders, ensuring efficient network capacity growth.

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• 1+ years of manufacturing or customer-facing environment experience.
• Experience in supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting of the critical capacity planning metrics across FCs.
• Accumulate data from different sources, conduct analysis, recommend solutions, build action plan and drive execution.
• Support operations team with capacity analysis and drive capacity execution with supply chain stakeholders.
• Regularly audit the sites for operational conformance, norms of capacity planning and standard operating practices.
• Own capacity configurations in the tools (ACMS) to avoid physical-virtual mismatches in the reported site's capacities.
• Drive execution of critical capacity planning projects to enhance network capacity and optimize bin slotting changes.
