Job summary

Private Health Management in the UAE seeks a senior scientific advisor to guide clinical decision making through research synthesis, literature review, and patient education.

You will participate in client calls with clinicians, analyze records, interpret molecular diagnostics, and help select treatment options, including investigational approaches, while collaborating with trial sites.

Qualifications

• PhD in science or healthcare field required.
• Early-to-mid-career oncology experience (research, clinical, or translational).
• Proficient in PubMed, Google Scholar, or similar literature search tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and client advisory communication skills.
• Ability to make rapid decisions under ambiguity and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client calls alongside clinicians to communicate research findings and support decision-making.
• Analyze patient medical records, including data extraction and tracking of lab values and clinical outcomes.
• Identify, review, and analyze medical literature across clinical and research topics.
• Interpret molecular diagnostics and laboratory tests to support patient care decisions.
• Research, evaluate, and prioritize treatment options, including standard of care and investigational approaches.
• Identify and evaluate potential clinical trials through database searching and site contact.
• Create patient education documents such as written reports, presentations, and charts.
