Job summary

Kunnected Living Facilities Management Services LLC in Abu Dhabi oversees central administrative and operational links for Hard FM across a high-density university student campus, coordinating helpdesk ticketing, work scheduling, vendor dispatch, and compliance reporting to maintain MEP, HVAC, fire, and building systems across student accommodation and campus facilities.

Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, ensure safety, plan preventive maintenance, and maintain asset

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering.
12-15 years of experience in hard services maintenance, including supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and FM operations.
Experience in residential, hospitality, commercial or hard FM environments; university campus preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning & Delivery: Schedule and monitor PPM and reactive tasks via CMMS/CAFM.
Contractor & Vendor Management: Supervise external MEP subcontractors and ensure SLAs/KPIs.
System Operations: Oversee HVAC, chillers, power distribution, generators, elevators, fire suppression and BMS.
Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure works comply with safety regs and SOPs.
Cost & Asset Tracking: Assist budgeting, and log lifecycle data.
