Teads is seeking an intern for the Campaign Management team in Dubai. The 6-month contract involves collaborating with Sales, Ad Operations, and Publisher teams to review assets, verify tagging, and produce performance reports for advertisers across UAE, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa.

You will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end digital ad execution, learn ad-tech fundamentals, and receive daily mentorship from Campaign Managers and Ad Operations specialists.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Must hold UAE residency status for the full duration of the internship.
• Must be able to provide an official No Objection Certificate (NOC) from university or visa sponsor authorizing an internship.
• Fluent professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Practical spreadsheet proficiency with basic formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables.

Responsabilités

• Review incoming video and display creative assets against technical specifications.
• Test preview links and tracking tags prior to campaign launch and escalate issues.
• Execute campaign setup checklists to ensure targeting, budgets, and flight dates match plans.
• Monitor daily campaign delivery and pacing against targets and KPIs.
• Draft tactical recommendations for senior approval to optimize live campaigns.
• Coordinate asset delivery timelines with publisher partners.
• Build post-campaign performance reporting decks (weekly/monthly) summarizing metrics.
