Job description

As a Call Centre Executive, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, handling inquiries and resolving customer complaints. You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to drive sales and follow up on customer orders. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their inquiries.
  • Making outbound calls to drive sales and follow up on customer orders.
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Adhering to call center scripts and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
