Call Center Representative - Arabic Speaker

Job Title: Call Centre Agent

Type: 1 Year Extendable contract

Contract Duration: 1 Year Extendable contract

Salary: AED 6000

Working Days & Timings: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM / Monday to Saturday (1 day off per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and resolve complaints.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets (e.g., call handling time, resolution rate, etc.).
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
