Job Title - Call centre agent

Type -Long term role

Work Location - Dubai

Salary - 5000 - 5500

NP- Immediate

Working days & timings - 6days & 9 hrs(rotational shift)

Job description

  • Handle high volumes of inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, billing, and account details.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases when needed.
  • Document customer interactions in the system accurately and thoroughly.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality scores.
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
  • Participate in training and development activities to improve skills and service quality.
