Job summary

DXB Football Academy in Dubai is seeking a part-time Call Center & Reception Representative. You will welcome parents and players, handle calls and WhatsApp inquiries, and provide information on training sessions, fees, and registrations.

Ideal candidates are Arabic-speaking, with strong communication and customer service skills, able to commute to Al Khawaneej, and comfortable engaging with families in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Female, Arabic speaker is required.
• Must have valid UAE driving license.
• Must be able to commute reliably to Al Khawaneej 2.
• Friendly, presentable, and confident when dealing with parents.
