Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, and at least 1–2 years of experience in a call center within the hotel or travel industry. Prior experience in a Central Reservation Office (CRO) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, reservations, and general information.

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and policies.

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

Proven 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Prior experience in hotel/travel industry is preferred.

CRO experience is an added advantage.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.

Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
