Call Center Representative Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Position: Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Experience in consumer solutions and sales

Responsibilities:

  1. Reach out to existing and potential clients to offer our products or services
  2. Discover details regarding our product or service offerings
  3. Address any questions or concerns consumers might have
  4. Communicate with clients to understand their needs
  5. Provide options based on customer requirements and capabilities
  6. Direct prospects and leads to the sales team when needed
  7. Maintain an updated consumer database
  8. Measure identified KPIs
  9. Strive to meet sales quotas
  10. Keep records of calls and sales
  11. Prepare and present success and KPIs
