Position: Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Experience in consumer solutions and sales
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to existing and potential clients to offer our products or services
- Discover details regarding our product or service offerings
- Address any questions or concerns consumers might have
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs
- Provide options based on customer requirements and capabilities
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team when needed
- Maintain an updated consumer database
- Measure identified KPIs
- Strive to meet sales quotas
- Keep records of calls and sales
- Prepare and present success and KPIs
