Job summary

A leading company in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries across various platforms. Job description

· Answer inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and promptly

· Respond to inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, social media and email

· Update CRM system after each interaction with accurate notes

· Share qualified leads with respective teams – Rental, Detailing, and Limousine

· Assist with online booking processes and guide customers through options

· Manage appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and customer reminders

· Provide support to high value/VIP customers ensuring smooth experiences

· Maintain daily call logs, inquiry reports, and lead status trackers

· Assist in drafting rental agreements, invoices, and admin documents

· Communicate with suppliers to coordinate appointments and confirmations

· Work closely with operations and sales teams for timely information flow

· Prepare daily shift handover notes to ensure 24/7 communication continuity

Desired Candidate Profile

Skill Requirements

· Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus)

· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

· Ability to work on CRM platforms (Training will be provided)

· Capable of handling customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently

· Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up abilities

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Must be energetic, proactive, and customer-focused

· Experience in the automotive, hospitality, or call center industry preferred

· Flexible with rotational shifts and capable of working night/weekend schedules
