Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively.

  • Promote The First Group’s products and services to potential clients.

  • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets including call volume, lead conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and ensure a seamless customer journey.

  • Stay up to date with company offerings, promotions, and real estate market trends.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
