Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues effectively.
Promote The First Group’s products and services to potential clients.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed performance targets including call volume, lead conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Stay up to date with company offerings, promotions, and real estate market trends.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
