  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Follow up with existing customers for renewals, upselling, and feedback.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues as needed.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales quotas.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.

Work Location: Dubai

Salary: AED 6000

Working Days & Hours: 6 days a week, standard hours
